Who is the LevelUp Nurse Internship Program for?
This program is ideal for nursing students who want to develop clinical skills and confidence through real-world job experience. Students in good standing with an accredited RN program are eligible to apply.
How Does the LevelUp Program Work?
The program is intended to complement your nursing education with practical skills application. Nursing students in the program will become employed as student nurse technicians at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Just like any new employee, student nurse techs will be oriented and comprehensively trained. Nurse techs will work closely with experienced mentors to provide bedside patient care as part of the clinical team. The program offers opportunities for hands-on learning to build skills in a safe and supportive environment. Your job duties and responsibilities within the hospital will expand as you progress through nursing school.
